Mayor of St. Petersburg, VLADIMIR YAKOVLEV, gave us a warm welcome as we met to discuss plans for a TBN rally in St. Petersburg in 2003. St. Petersburg marks its 300th anniversary next year, and the city government has INVITED TBN to be a part of its celebrations! We are planning to take a whole tour group of partners with us, along with guests such as Jeff Fenholt, Dino, Dave Roever, Team Xtreme, and others.
