I had a very positive meeting with Mr. Xu Guangchun, Minister of State Administration of Radio, Film & Television. Mr. Xu is essentially the head of the Chinese "FCC." His ministry is one of three key offices that will make the decision of whether or not to allow TBN to broadcast into China.
