On February 24, 2003, our beloved friend, pastor and TBN family member, DR. E.V. HILL, graduated to his eternal reward in HEAVEN.
Pastor Hill's journey with Christ began at the age of 11, and started him on a road that would lead him from a humble log cabin in Sweet Home, Texas, to the White House, where his counsel was sought by six different presidents; and to the great church he pastored for 42 years in Los Angeles, California—Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
A powerful and anointed preacher; an ardent and passionate soul winner; and a caring pastor without peer—Pastor Hill's memory will be cherished and remembered by us all for his love and friendship, and for his dedication and unfailing devotion to the cause of the Gospel.
The blessed news is that Pastor Hill has left us all a great legacy, and his voice and message will continue to be heard around the world through the large library of programs he taped for TBN through the years.
