“GO YE THEREFORE, AND TEACH ALL NATIONS…AND, LO, I AM WITH
YOU ALWAYS, EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD.” Matt. 28:19, 20
Dear, dear Partners: As you can see on the map,
your TBN has recently launched our signal
on the largest satellite in the heavens! ABS-1 has
the largest footprint which covers virtually
one half of the population of planet earth! Yes,
approximately three of the earth’s six billion souls
live under the pattern of this gigantic satellite —
and the best part is that it is DTH (direct-to-home),
on the homeowner’s own small (about 1 meter)
dish! This means no one can steal your signal!
In the past, TBN would furnish a cable
operator a free dish and receiver. In exchange they
would give us free cable TV coverage to the home.
But guess what? Unscrupulous broadcasters (some
Christian) would come in and offer money or other
things to the cable station — OFF GOES TBN, on
goes the new broadcaster, and ON OUR DISH
AND EQUIPMENT! How’s that for Christian love
and brotherhood? But NOW with the TBN signal
coming direct from the sky to the home — no one
can mess with us! We’re right up there with the
famous slogan, “DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS”!
The other great news is ABS-1 is carrying
FOUR of our TV networks: TBN, Church Channel,
JCTV and yes, Jan, Smile of a Child! The cost:
$49,000 per month, but remember that is only slightly
more than $10,000 per network on a satellite with a
footprint covering HALF OF THE WORLD! Praise
the Lord!
Ah, dear Partners — can you imagine the harvest
of souls as thousands of the dishes are installed? It is
already estimated that millions of dishes and cable
systems are tuned in and watching ABS-1 — with
thousands more going in each month! Precious Jesus
— “TO THE END OF THE WORLD” indeed!
So how do we put TBN and our other networks
into China (a second time), India and all of Europe —
in fact, this awesome satellite stretches from London
almost to the tip of Alaska, USA! I’ll tell you how:
We’ll do it together just like all the other more than
15,000 television station and cable affiliates being fed
by 62 satellite channels. If everyone will add one or
two extra dollars to your next gift — we will have it
with flying colors!
What will God reward you with for your
faithfulness to the “END OF THE WORLD”? I could
write a book on our Father’s reward program, but one
of the best is:
“EYE HATH NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD,
NEITHER HAVE ENTERED INTO THE
HEART OF MAN, THE THINGS WHICH
GOD HATH PREPARED FOR THEM THAT
LOVE HIM.” I Cor. 2:9
And if we LOVE Him, we will give above and
beyond to see this Gospel preached – yes, even to the
“END OF THE WORLD.”
Dear Partners — the hour grows late. The Harvest
is pouring in and the signs are overwhelming. We have
to work fast!
One of the great signs is the false cults and
religions. God warns us that in the last days:
“GOD SHALL SEND THEM STRONG
DELUSION, THAT THEY SHOULD
BELIEVE A LIE: THAT THEY ALL MIGHT
BE DAMNED WHO BELIEVED NOT THE
TRUTH, BUT HAD PLEASURE IN
UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.” II Thess. 2:11, 12
Have you ever heard a better description of this cursed
“NEW AGE” movement that sweeps the world?
Come on Soldiers! Jan and I join you as we
together cooperate with Jesus who “CAME TO
DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL” —
yes, TO THE “END OF THE WORLD”!
