empire crumbled in the former USSR. Doors -- that had been CLOSED
to the Gospel for 70 years -- suddenly burst wide open, and with
it came the opportunity for Christian television. By April 25,
1992, our first station in Russia -- Channel 40 in ST. PETERSBURG
-- was ON THE AIR!
