Right after 9-11 the slogan "God Bless America" was seen everywhere! Business billboards, schools, churches, even government buildings displayed the theme without fear and with much favor. E.V. Hill remarked one night on Praise the Lord that the ACLU had not filed even one lawsuit to stop this very religious expression in public places! My, my, how attitudes do change at a time of national tragedy. Children were even allowed to pray in public schools as a grieving nation turned to God for comfort and strength.
