Father of recording artist, Beyoncé Knowles he has been a guiding force behind the careers of many other successful groups and musicians including, Earth, Wind & Fire, Chaka Khan and the O’Jays. Matthew shared about how his faith in God has guided and strengthened him as a parent and a business man.
