Los Angeles—Aug 1—JCTV, Trinity Broadcasting Network’s Christian youth network, will broadcast two-time Grammy winner Audio Adrenaline’s last concert from the picturesque Waikiki Bowl in Hawaii beginning August 4th at 7:00 PST. This JCTV exclusive will feature behind the scenes footage of the band, which after 15 years, millions of records and a legacy of fans, has retired.
The 90 minute tribute to Audio Adrenaline features the band surfing, snorkeling, and fellowshipping with over 200 devoted fans from around the world throughout the weekend in Hawaii surrounding the Farewell Concert. In addition to their back to back GRAMMY Award winning music, there will also be a surprise marriage proposal during the broadcast. Viewers can see this exclusive farewell concert on August 4 and 18 at 7:00 PM PST; August 11 and 12 at 1:00 AM PST; and on August 31 at 5:00 pm and 10:30 pm only on JCTV.
Since 1991, Audio Adrenaline has taken a full throttled blast of musical passion, melded it with a compassionate desire to impact the world at large and added members’ rock-solid grounding in reality with their vulnerable, no holds barred songwriting. Thanks to earnest performances and undying appreciation for its fans, the group has sold over three million records and racked up 18 No. 1 singles and four Dove Awards. The band’s Bloom recording was certified Gold by the RIAA in 1999 and they were awarded the prestigious “Song of the Decade” crowning in the 90s for “Big House” by CCM Magazine. Poised to go out with fists in the air, AudioA’s acclaimed ninth studio album, Until My Heart Caves In, was released in August 2006 and grabbed the coveted GRAMMY this year, marking back-to-back GRAMMY wins for AudioA. Their first GRAMMY was for it’s 2004 release, Worldwide.
