Today, June 30, 2006, educational affiliate station KITU-DT, Beaumont, TX began broadcasting via crystal clear (and now powerful) digital transmission with 500,000 watts of power. KITU-DT is reaching a potential audience of 726,724 souls with all five TBN networks consisting of TBN, The Church Channel, JCTV, Smile of a Child and TBN Enlace USA. Viewers viewers in the Southeast Texas area with "DTV" tuners may now receive TBN via digital transmission on channel 33.
