New TBN Full-Power Digital Station

Today, January 19, 2005 at 2:50 PM (Central), WPGD-DT,
Hendersonville/Nashville, TN began broadcasting via crystal clear digital
transmission.
WPGD-DT operates with an effective radiated power of 264,000 watts (which
is the digital equivalent to 1.3 million watts of analog power) and on
it's new site in Nashville, Tennessee. With it’s antenna mounted 1,194
feet above ground, this station will easily blanket the entire Nashville
metropolitan and Middle Tennessee area with a strong signal broadcasting a
“multicast” of all four TBN networks including TBN, JCTV, The Church
Channel and TBN Enlace USA. This new height and location will assure
WPGD's future by giving even superior to power and coverage for TBN's four
great networks in Middle Tennessee.
