TBN's owned and operated station WBUY-TV, serving the Memphis area completed construction for an increase to 1 million watts, the maximum allowable transmission power. Along with this power increase, WBUY moved it's antenna to a new site which allowed it to double it's height. This change allows WBUY to cover over 196,000 additional viewers. The population under WBUY's new coverage area encompasses in excess of 1,528,000 people in Southwestern Tennessee, Northwestern Mississippi and East Central Arkansas. WBUY-TV is broadcasting a “multicast” of all five TBN networks including TBN, JCTV, The Church Channel, Smile of a Child and TBN Enlace USA.
