Position Purpose: To connect with donors of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) and carry out approved onboarding, communication and retention strategies through outbound and inbound phone calls, prayer calls, written correspondence, and more. The heart is to bless the donors and further connect them with TBN.
Essential Duties:
- Facilitate daily calls to pray for, encourage and bless donors as assigned, following approved communication guidelines.
- Place special calls requested by leadership (i.e. disaster calls, special prayer, donor events, etc.)
- Participate in Donor Relations Team meetings.
- Prior to making calls ensure that proper call preparations occur (i.e. review communication logs, fully informed of the call purpose, etc.).
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Answer donor questions and connect them to resources (as appropriate).
- Update Donor Direct records and accounts with appropriate documentation.
- Stay up to date on TBN’s current programs, special programming, offers, and various updates that may impact donors.
- Attend training sessions pertaining to changes or updates in current or future job roles.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Ability to discern potential needs and minister accordingly
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Word
- Must be able to operate Windows-based computer
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Experience: Experience in TBN call center is preferred.
