TBN is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This detail-oriented role will be an integral part of communication across our multiple platforms. The marketing coordinator will help to provide a best-in-class experience for our social media, email, and video-on-demand audiences, and support our marketing team in executing engaging campaigns.
We are looking for a skilled writer who has experience in audience engagement for social media platforms, email marketing, and/or customer service--preferably for B2C or entertainment brands. The role also requires excellent attention to detail, project management skills, a creative mind, a strong eye for design, and a thirst to learn more. The team culture is fast-paced, creative, data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results in a deadline-driven work environment with a positive attitude.
Creative and Technical Skills Required
Familiarity with audience engagement across social media platforms including (but not limited to) organizational Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms.
Ability to craft email marketing messages and strategies
Excellent written communication skills: knowledgeable about grammar, punctuation, and formatting best practices for marketing materials
Works both independently and in a team setting
Provides strategic input when requested and ability to problem solve
Communicates effectively in a remote work environment
Motivated, extremely detail-oriented, and a forward thinker
Positive attitude, energetic, personable, and punctual
Adept at time management, multi-tasking, and organization
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of marketing, branding, and demographics
Understanding of current trends in social media and entertainment
Storyteller, copywriter and/or brainstorm creative copy, content creator
Manages audience engagement for our online platforms--including, but not limited to--social media platforms, video-on-demand customer support, and email marketing
Creates email marketing messages and strategies
Researching other trends in design, broadcast, and social media
Communication with other departments
Assists in day-to-day project managing of assigned tasks
Aids in the development and direction of promotional materials as assigned
Contributes to the upkeep of team organizational processes and project management tools
Coordinates the distribution of promotional materials to internal and external stakeholders when necessary
Previous social media management experience
Previous customer service experience
Working knowledge of HubSpot and social media management tools
