Summary:
Are you passionate about Christian Content? Trilogy Digital is searching for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Digital Distribution to join our growing Digital Platforms team. Trilogy Digital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trinity Broadcasting of Texas, Inc. dba Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), the world’s largest religious network and America’s most watched faith channel. In this critical role, you will help shape the future of our digital presence and ensure that the department meets growth and revenue goals. This responsibility also involves recruiting/training staff and overseeing the distribution strategy of our various content verticals, including TBN’s YouTube channels and YouTube network, social media accounts, and podcast network. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Content and Distribution.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage digital strategy to ensure TBN shows and conferences are distributed for optimal reach across YouTube channels, social media accounts, and podcast network.
- Oversee TBN’s YouTube network, which specializes in equipping over 60+ ministry partners with tools to increase organic growth and reach on YouTube.
- Lead a team of managers/supervisors across multiple verticals in the Digital Platforms department and help develop their skills and expertise.
- Analyze monthly performance reports to identify areas for improvement, and optimize content for better results, translating data into actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the ad sales team to track and manage sponsorships on TBN’s owned and operated YouTube channels.
- Interview/hire incoming staff and cross-collaborate with the HR department to ensure hiring process workflows for new employees are completed.
- Stay up to date on the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, actively researching and identifying new growth opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and growing multiple digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Meticulous attention to quality, detail, and project organization.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of digital distribution strategies focused on organic growth.
- Ability to lead and inspire a creative team while managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery in tools like Excel (or Google Sheets).
- Appreciation of, and familiarity with, TBN’s content and programming.
