The Trilogy Digital Platforms team serves several networks and enterprises with state-of-the-art streaming products and web services. (Dr. Phil’s Merit Street, PBR, Positiv TV, Theatrical Film Releases, etc.)
TDP is looking for a Program Manager/Scrum Master with experience in the digital media industry to join our growing Digital Platforms team. The Scrum Master/Program Manager will be responsible for facilitating the agile process and ensuring that development teams adhere to Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality projects on time. As a hybrid role, you will combine the skills of a Scrum Master—coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile best practices—with the responsibilities of a Program Manager—overseeing cross-team collaboration, managing timelines, and aligning project goals with strategic objectives.
This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across multiple teams while supporting continuous improvement in agile processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical knowledge in web systems, a digital-first approach to the customer journey, an agilest, is detail-oriented, and has a working knowledge of streaming media platforms. This position will report to the Sr Director of DCx and supervises collaborates with a collection of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for Agile teams.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring alignment with Scrum methodology.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that may obstruct the team's progress.
- Promote a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment.
- Foster continuous improvement and encourage experimentation in workflow processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and priorities are clearly communicated.
Program Management Duties:
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinating across various Agile teams to ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and executives to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Track project progress, report on metrics, and present status updates to senior management.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Manager.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Previous experience in software development environments is preferred.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is a plus.
An equivalent combination of years of experience and education may be considered for substitution of educational requirements.

- Experience utilizing state-of-the art technology in a marketing and communications environment.
- Experience overseeing the development of websites that address issues of design, architecture, integration, security, and accessibility.
- Experience working with digital media for international distribution and global audience growth.
- Experience working in Christian media.
- Appreciation of, and familiarity with, TBN’s content and programming.
