JOB SUMMARY
TBN is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and communications team. This individual will support by managing marketing promotional assets, strategically sharing them with hosts and guests who appear on the network, and support TBN’s efforts to make a stronger impact on social media platforms. This person will also support multiple projects and campaigns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help maintain and update digital marketing folders
- Well versed in working within major social media platforms
- Find quality clips and photos as needed
- Drafting emails, providing instruction in a highly detail-oriented manner
- Responsible for providing marketing assets to the respective talent
- Managing the workflow of asset delivery
- Skilled at creating and working within schedules and deadlines
- Will scan social media accounts to make sure posts have been made
- Will conduct follow ups with talent
- Project management experience
- Great attention to detail
- Maintains TBN brand through all videos
- Able to successfully work with multiple departments
- Suggest and implement social media strategy
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and tasks within internal project management tool
- Collaborate with other managers/producers across different teams
- Track project timelines and status reports ensuring projects are on schedule
- Maximize internal and external resources; communicating with stakeholders
- Position will work closely with the digital platforms team and production teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
- Project management, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Heavy coordination and collaboration responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Copywriting experience
- Video editing experience
- Familiar with Hootsuite
- Adobe Photoshop editing
- Experience in Asana or similar project management software
- Familiar with TBN personalities
- 1-2 years entertainment, TV production, online production, digital platforms experience
