Job Overview: As a Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the strategy and optimization of media plans for our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in media planning, reporting, data analysis, and client communications. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that advertising campaigns are executed smoothly, effectively, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across multiple channels (digital, social, traditional) that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to ensure media plans are integrated and effectively support campaign goals.
- Stay informed on media trends, audience behaviors, and new advertising technologies to optimize plans.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize data to forecast trends and inform future media planning decisions.
- Client Updates & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead client meetings to present media plans, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ad Operations Management:
- Oversee the setup, trafficking, and execution of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic networks.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and run smoothly by coordinating with internal teams, including creative, technical, and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ad operation issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to campaign performance.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and training in media planning and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the media team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in media planning, ad operations, or a related role within an advertising agency or media company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in media planning tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and senior leadership.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
