Digital Asset Manager


Responsible for oversight of TBN’s digital media assets and archive including the archiving, curating, and digitizing of TBN’s video tapes and recorded material. Tracking, organizing, and naming incoming footage for various shoots, series, programs and projects.



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


     Management, administration and organization of TBN’s digital media and video tape library.

     Downloading and intricately organizing cloud based footage.

     Setup and operation of equipment associated with the ingesting, archiving and digitizing process.

     Work with production staff on the scheduling and archiving of new material created during normal operations.

     Administer and maintain data storage platform users and file systems.

     Logging video content and exporting metadata.

     Administration, and operations related to the Asset Management System.

     Stay up to date on file storage best practices and suggest process changes as the industry dictates.



Qualifications and Credentials:


   Education and Experience

   Competency on Windows and Macintosh operating systems

   High level knowledge of software related to data storage and management

   Knowledge of recording systems and set up

   Knowledge of video systems operation and setup

   Knowledge of archiving policy

   Strong self-directed work ethic required

Physical and Sensory Abilities:


   Occasionally required to travel to TBN stations abroad.

   Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.

   Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally.

   Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.

   Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.

   Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds.

Work Environment

The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting that is well lit with moderate noise levels.
