TBN (that’s us!) is looking for a senior-level team leader with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of creating content for Gen Z to oversee a new Kids SVOD platform we are launching. As the integral part of this new department, you’ll bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a self-starter mentality to this role. This position requires up-to-date knowledge of all things digital marketing whether that be content marketing, SEO, content marketing strategy or experience with marketing clouds. The position will oversee a variety of projects centered around the network’s new kid’s initiative. Ideally, you’ll be a person who brings empathy, encouragement, and a keen eye for details to the role.



  • Create job descriptions for over a dozen positions for which you’ll need to review resumes and set up interviews and assess candidates skill sets 
  • Build, oversee and lead a team of marketers to serve customers, develop organic and paid media campaigns 
  • Identify new kid’s content that should be licensed on our platform 
  • Monitor children's content trends and adjust content development strategy as necessary 
  • Establish production workflows to create new content for kids 
  • Maximize value of owned intellectual property 
  • Establish partnerships and alliances with 3rd parties to drive awareness and sign ups quickly 
  • Ensure the team is meeting deadlines, subscription goals, churn rate goals and more 
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials for broadcast, print, radio, digital radio, banner ads/display, as well as social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc). 
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns 
  • Create and oversee affiliate campaigns 
  • Partnership development with synergistic organizations and brands 
  • Design and execute event marketing materials for conventions 
  • Lead the transfer of existing content onto our new SVOD platform 
  • Own and report to key organization stakeholders SVOD performance metrics 
  • Constant A/B testing and optimizing of content and layout 



  • 10 years of experience in marketing
  • Deep understanding of kids, kid’s content and/or production 
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Ability to assess talent and assisting them to utilize their strengths 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large team 
  • Organized and clear-thinking 
  • Ability to be collaborative and be open to new ideas 
  • Experience working with marketing clouds, understanding how to use them and leverage them for marketing campaigns 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet timelines 
  • Experience in direct to consumer marketing/sales 
  • Understanding of SVOD or SAAS business models 
  • Experience taking a product from development to launch 
  • Start up or early stage company leadership a plus 
  • Ability to marketing pivots based on new understandings
