Line Producer – Tustin, CA





New Women's Program: “Better Together”.  The Line Producer will work directly with the Senior Producer to oversee the production of a daily network-quality series set to air on the TBN networks. Primary responsibilities will be to maintain the overall production schedule (pre-production through post) and ensure timely delivery of finished episodes that align with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series.





  • Collaborate with the Senior Producer and team in the development of each episode
  • Maintain master production calendar, prepare shooting schedules and run sheets for the efficient execution of each episode
  • Oversee and facilitate production logistics, including on-location shoots as needed
  • Serve as liaison between crew and Senior Producer during production and monitor shoots for continuity, quality, and ministry alignment
  • Track production costs and verify all necessary permissions have been granted (signed release forms, location permits, etc.)
  • Interview guests, write scripts, produce segment content, and oversee post-production as needed

Supervise freelancers as needed



Skills & Experience:


  • At least 5 years of TV production and leadership experience required; includes writing, selecting visual elements, and editing compelling content to draw new audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to brand voice and ministry style
  • Must be comfortable on set and in the field while working with diverse on-air personalities
  • Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience (Christian women)
  • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise, compelling copy
  • Ability to proofread and make corrections in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Ability to work well independently, as a manager, and as part of a team
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Media Communications or equivalent experience is preferred

Candidates must submit 2-3 writing samples (attachments or links to online content accepted), a sample of production and/or promotional work, and provide 2 professional references in addition to a personal and spiritual reference.Candidates might also be required to complete a skills assessment during the interviewing process.
