Christopher McKinney

Christopher McKinney is the founder and Chief Executive Office of 10X Leadership Consulting. Prior to launching his own company, his strategic leadership and organizational development skills enabled him to transform the culture at the Santee-Lynches Regional COG in 18 months from a stagnant stove-piped agency to an organization of excellence. Major achievements during his four year tenure include eliminating the gender pay gap and capturing $6.8M in grants in 1 year (first time in agency’s fifty year history).

He is also the co-author with Henry Hayes, Jr. of "Triumphant Transitions."
