Henry Hayes, Jr.
Henry Hayes joined the US Air Force at age 17 and served for almost thirty years. Throughout his military career, he filled a myriad of roles, including aircraft structural maintenance craftsman, additional duty First Sergeant, Academic Affairs, Command First Sergeant, as well as other assignments. After his transition from the Air Force, he was hired as a Town Manager in Massachusetts, where he served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the professional staff as well as served and advised the senior elected governing body, the Select Board. Henry has earned two bachelor’s degrees, in applied management and Biblical studies and theology. He is the co-author with Christopher McKinney Sr. of "Triumphant Transitions."
