M. Vance Rice is Chief of Mississippi State University Police Department and a Board Member, International Assoc. of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. IACLEA is the world’s largest professional association devoted to excellence in campus public safety and law enforcement. He is a thirty-year veteran police officer, he has served as chief of the MSU Police Dept. since 2014.
