Overview
We are seeking a Streaming, OTT & Web Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects spanning OTT applications, streaming platforms, and web-based digital experiences. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support video distribution, monetization, and audience engagement across connected TV, mobile, and web platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders without being a developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution for streaming, OTT, and web initiatives from kickoff through launch and post-launch support
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate internal teams (product, UI/UX design, development, QA, operations) and external vendors or partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Gather and document requirements related to streaming workflows, OTT apps, and web platforms
- Ensure alignment between business goals, client expectations, and technical execution
- Coordinate QA, UAT, and release timelines for OTT apps and web deployments
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Project Management software to manage digital projects involving streaming media, OTT platforms, or web products
- Strong project management fundamentals (planning, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communication)
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies

- Experience working within established processes, approval workflows, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed project plans, dependencies, and long-term roadmaps
- Strong risk management, change management, and documentation skills
- Experience managing agency, vendor, or client-facing projects
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and build structure where processes are still evolving
- Strong bias toward action, prioritization, and rapid decision-making
- Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Experience supporting rapid launches, iterations, and post-launch improvements
