Todd Vincent, aka "The Fermented Farmer", has been practicing regenerative agriculture for over 16 years. Todd was strict vegan and running a successful IT business when someone gave him The Maker’s Diet. His passion for eating healthy eventually led him to sell his IT business and buy a farm. He and his family have run successful CSAs in Illinois and Tennessee. He has practiced managed grazing herds of grass fed jersey cows, large scale pastured egg production, large scale meat bird production, and managed acres of organic vegetable production.
